Gordon North Roofing also offers Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF)  systems. SPF creates a fully adhered, self-flashing roof system that seals penetrations and flashings with no joints or fasteners.

One primary advantage of SPF is that it is incredibly economical. SPF can be sprayed in areas of the roof that commonly pond water in a way that builds slope to create better drainage.

Polyurethane foam can also easily increase the R-value of an existing roof system and restore the integrity of an aged BUR or single-ply system or flute fill a commercial metal roof to increase the insulation value as part of a retrofit solution.
